MPI Consultant is an organization that focuses on Human Resources Consulting. It was established on September 26 th , 2006 by experts of Post-graduated Industrial and Organizational Psycholog University of Indonesia.

MPI Consultant involves professionals, academicians, and practitioners in Psychology and Human Resources. In the beginning, MPI Consultant focuses on six major activities: Job Analysis, Selection and Placement, Identification of Potention, Integrated Recruitment, Assessment Centre, and Occupational Counseling. MPI Consultant always enriches its services to satisfy market expectation.

The organizational structure of the company describes the hierarchy of components. Each component makes up the company in which each individual (human resource) who is in the scope of the enterprise has his or her position as well as function.
